Hi, welcome to my first blog entry. I thought I'd start by introducing myself. My name is Marc Ekins and I have been a full time musician now for 25 years. It's been an exciting journey filled with great times but also road blocks and challenges. I thought I would share what I've learned in hopes that some of you can make an informed decision on wether this is the path you'd like to choose. I will write about many different topics from what instruments to play, how to book gigs, finding your genre and an array of different music related topics. Hope you enjoy my blogs!
